Zowel het bestuur als de klankbordgroep Diversiteit en Inclusie zijn hierbij betrokken.<br \/><br \/>De eerste vragen die opkwamen waren: \u2018hoe divers is het ledenbestand\u2019 en \u2018hoe denken de leden over inclusie binnen Sietar NL?\u2018 Om daar zicht op te krijgen is in het najaar een enqu\u00eate uitgezet en zijn er twee online meetings georganiseerd. Van de in totaal 160 leden hebben 46 leden de enqu\u00eate ingevuld en ruim 20 leden zijn in met elkaar in gesprek gegaan over inclusie tijdens de online meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Er is veel waardevolle informatie opgehaald en in maart zullen daarvan de uitkomsten gepresenteerd worden in een online meeting. De werkgroep ziet veel enthousiasme binnen de vereniging over dit traject dat is ingezet en ook Sietar Europa volgt de ontwikkelingen met veel belangstelling. Blijf op de hoogte via onze nieuwslijn of onze sociale media!<\/p>\n<p>\/\/<\/p>\n<p>Over the past few months, the Working Group on Diversity and Inclusion has been working with great enthusiasm to gain insight into diversity and inclusion within Sietar Netherlands. Both the board and the Feedback Group on Diversity and Inclusion are involved in this track.<\/p>\n<p>The first questions that arose were: how diverse is the membership base and do the members consider Sietar NL to be an inclusive organization? In order to gain insight into this, a survey was distributed in the autumn and two online meetings were organized. Out of a total of 160 members, forty-six completed the survey, and over 20 members engaged in an online discussion about inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>A lot of valuable information was collected, and the results will be presented in an online meeting in March. The Working Group sees a lot of enthusiasm within the association for this process that has\u00a0been started and Sietar Europe is also following the developments with great interest.
